Welcome to the Landscape Horticulture Department!  Since this is the Getting Started page, let me try and start you off on the right foot.  Our schedules are on this site as well as the Peralta website. which is where you will go to enroll on-line.  We can send you a schedule which has all our classes, a floral design schedule, an aesthetic pruning schedule or even a fee-based Saturday schedule.  Our main phone number is 436-2418.  You can schedule an appointment to talk to one of us or simply come on up to visit and walk our 7.5 acres.  We are very user friendly and will warmly welcome you.  If classes are is session, you are invited to poke you head in and see who we are and what we do.  Registration can be on-line or in person by going to the R building at the top of the campus, which houses our Admissions and Records offices.  Another great way to get to know us is to come to one of our plant sales.  We have two or three per semester, and the dates will be posted behind the plant sale picture.  Click around, see what you think, give us your feedback, and we look forward to your joining us in any way that serves your educational goals.
